A big shout and thank you to Nell at Rendezvous Lounge Café at Salamanca for paying it forward.
Nell has been involved with the pay it forward movement for some time and has selected the Hobart Women’s Shelter as the recipient of her recent pay if forward initiative. After winning free advertising from 7HOFM, Nell thought she would use the opportunity to promote the Shelter, our Mission and to let the community know how they could support us. Mick and Maria from HOFM were there to lend a hand and they had a very successful day.
There has been $1000 raised for drinks and food for the women and children at the Hobart Women’s Shelter. For the women, having a meal and/or drink with their children at Rendezvous will be a positive experience, one which is needed in a time in crisis.
Thank you to HOFM, Nell at Rendezvous, the staff who made a contribution with the money in their tips jar and all of their customers for supporting us at the Shelter.
In return I hope that all of our Facebook community support Rendezvous as they continue their pay it forward movement, your support will provide additional meals/drinks to the women and children at the Shelter.
